For the Jewish population, kosher products are suitable and eatable foods, that follow precise Biblical and Rabbinic regulations. From the year 1998 the Domenis Distillery produces very high quality distillates and liqueurs with kosher certification.

Grappa
This is a young grappa having 40% alcoholic volume. It is obtained by distilling marcs that come from kosher vinifications.The production of kosher grappa, because of its derivation from grapes of its raw material (marcs), requires an appropriate manipulation starting from the pressing procedure of the grapes: the procedure is carried out in this special manner for the sacred value attributed to grapes and to what grapes originate for the Jewish tradition. The certifying Rabbi himself activates the inlet of vapours in the stills and also cuts the head and tail of the distillate, following the directions of the master distiller who, moreover, is not allowed to carry out any of these operations.

Sliwovitz – Plum Brandy
This is a distillate obtained from plums coming from the hillsides in the Eastern area of the Friuli region and from the Trentino region. It has 40% alcoholic content and has a rich fragrance that is so typical in this distillate. For the production of this fruit brandy, the distilling plant must be accurately cleaned and vaporized at high temperatures. The productive procedure must be scrupulously examined by the certifying Rabbi and must be approved as suitable to produce an appropriate distillate, that shall not be contaminated by other products and having ingredients that are considered authorized by tradition and healthful.

Amaro Liqueur
This pleasant liqueur has a 28% alcoholic volume, and its realization required very long and complicated research regarding the herbal extract and the high-quality certified ingredients.

Sambuca Liqueur
This liqueur has a congenial personality and a 40% alcoholic volume. To prepare it natural certified aromas originated in Israel were used.
