Storica d’Uve
After many years of research, there was found and tested the most appropriate assemblage of grapes to make a grape brandy having excellent olfactory, tasting and olfactory-tasting characteristics. The grapevines represented in this distillate are the same that equivalently give origin to Storica.

The grapes are pressed and left to ferment under the incessant control of the master distiller, in order to favour the development of noble volatile substances. The distillation of the fermented grapes is carried out in the original discontinuous Domenis plant, using low temperature vapour to favour the extraction and selection of the very best fragrances and the most delicate varietal aromas, besides those originated during the fermentation process.

It is a particularly fragrant distillate with an unexpected characteristic smoothness that stands out, even if it has a quite elevated alcoholic volume (42%), so much so that someone defined it as “liquid velvet”...
