Storica Nera
This is a grappa with 50% alcoholic volume. It is obtained by distilling
the marcs of DOC grapes with red berries: Cabernet, Refosco dal
peduncolo rosso and Merlot. Because of the typology of this raw
material this grappa is quite typical, well-balanced, exceptionally
round, velvety and smooth, despite its elevated alcoholic volume.
Storica
This is a grappa with a 50% alcoholic volume. It is obtained by
distilling the marcs of white DOC grapes: Sauvignon, Pinot grigio,
Pinot bianco, Tocai, Verduzzo and the noble Picolit. The grappa
is extremely fragrant, well balanced, with particular aromatic traces
that denote the grappa’s personality, while still remaining
smooth and velvety.
Secolo
The uniqueness of this grappa is in its relatively high alcoholic
standard (60% vol), which at the same time maintains an incredible
smoothness. The raw material is a blend of white grape marcs (Sauvignon,
Tocai and Pinot grigio) and red ones (Cabernet, Merlot and Refosco
dal peduncolo rosso) that have been masterly combined. This produces
a particularly fragrant grappa, well-balanced even if the alcoholic
notes are evident right from the beginning. It has widespread and
noteworthy aromatic traces (deriving from the white grape marcs),
which denote the unique personality of this grappa that is velvety
and well-balanced (characteristics deriving from the red grape marcs)
and has a aftertaste that grants such rich of emotions that it is
too difficult to describe them.
