The Domenis Distillery, being a company that transforms products coming from organic agriculture (operator code F241), is controlled by Istituto Mediterraneo di Certificazione srl (IMC) (Senigallia – AN- Italy), which is a controlling entity authorized by means of the Ministerial Decree MiRAAF n° 9697172 dated 18/12/96 which applies the EEC Normative n° 2092/91.

Grappa
This is a young grappa with a 43% alcoholic volume. It is obtained by distilling marcs coming from grapes having an organic agricultural origin. The absence, in the treatments of the grapes and grapevines, of plant protection products having a chemical origin and the limited use sulphurous anhydride during the vinification procedure, allows the development of a very different microbial flora. This generates in the distilled product, unusual pleasant fragrances and tastes, dedicated to those who wish to start a journey in the organic world, both for their way of life or just as an intelligent alternative.
