The Domenis Distillery was founded in Cividale of Friuli in 1898 by Pietro Domenis, as a daily taxation distillery, and now is lead by the third and fourth generation of the Domenis family.

The distillery has a discontinuous plant entirely built in copper, with 8 direct vapour stills, and a production of 3000-3500 tons of raw material, from which the distillery produces approximately 500.000 bottles. The bottles are divided differently between the highest quality grappa and fruit brandy, both projected for high and very high standard markets.

The Domenis Distillery continues pursuing its objective valuing their century experience, heritage of the current leaders belonging to the family, which makes the various spirits always convey deep-rooted high-tech concepts. Therefore, by means of an appropriate tasting logic, drinking grappa can be transformed in a joyful moment that can grant intense emotions.
